Ingredients

6 cloves garlic, lightly roasted*

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup raw almonds or 1/8 cup raw almond butter

1/4 cup raisins

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender.

*Roast bulb of garlic for 15 minutes at 300 degrees, then squeeze out the roasted garlic from 6 cloves. Reserve remaining roasted garlic for another use.
