Ingredients

3 egg whites

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup flour (or gluten free flour)

150g almonds

Glace cherries

Preparation

Heat oven to 180

Beat eggs until stiff

Gradually add sugar until glossy

Fold in remaining ingredients

Bake for 1/3 an hour

Allow to cool, wrap in foil, fridge for a day or two.

Slice finely and stick in oven for another 10-15 minutes until crisp - watching carefully!
