Ingredients

500g unsalted butter

250g sugar

1000(ish)g flour

Preparation

Combine room temperature (not melted!) butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl and whip together. Start with 500g flour then mix a bit at a time until you get a good cookie consistency. Roll into very small balls to bake.

Almonds: Boil some water in a stockpot. Once the water is boiling remove from heat and add almonds. Let sit for a few minutes until the skins will peel right off.

Stick an almond on the top of each cookie then bake at 200 until the cookie slightly browns. Just a few minutes! Enjoy!
