Ingredients
1 cup ground almonds
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Ground cumin
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2-3 pounds chicken cup up. Use boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut them into small pieces about the size of a nugget.
1/3 cup butter
Preparation
Mix almonds, garlic, ginger , salt, paprika, cumin and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into butter, roll in almond mixture. Place chicken in ungreased baking pan. Cook uncovered in 375 degree oven until thickness pieces are done, 45 to 60 minutes
