Ingredients
1 cup cooked diced chicken breast meat
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup butter leaf lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup chopped Medjool dates
1-2 Tbsp flaxseed oil
1-2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except liquids in a large serving bowl. Toss with flaxseed oil and orange juice.
