Ingredients
1 cup butter (room temp)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 t. almond extract
2 cups flour
3/4 t. salt
1/2 cup oats - blended
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pulse oats in food processesor or blender. Mix all ingredients together well. Shape dough into crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool on wire rack.
