Butter (Smart Balance)

CousCous with Pine Nuts

Vegetable of choice Steamed

Preparation

Thaw Mahi, cook on stove top in frying pan using Smart Balance butter. Finely chop salted whole Almonds. Sprinkle on Mahi when fish is finished cooking. Flip mahi and coat the other side, the butter should help it stick. No other seasoning needed.

Cous Cous with pine notes as side and vegetable of choice.
