Ingredients

3/4 cup almonds (or 1/2 cup almond flour)

a scant 1/4 cup of sugar

1 Tbsp pastry flour

3/4 stick butter, softened

1/2 tsp powdered sugar

1 egg

Preparation

Grind almonds in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and pulse until it all comes together. Place between sheets of puff pastry and top with fruit if desired and bake as directed.
