Ingredients

3/4 cup plain yogurt

3/4 cup almond milk

2 eggs

3T oil

1 cup almond flour

1/2 whole wheat flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

pinch salt

1/4 cup syrup

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine and mix yogurt, milk, eggs, and butter.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add yogurt mixture all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (batter will be thick).
  4. Heat greased non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook pancakes two minutes or until bubbles start appearing on surface, then turn and cook other side.
  6. Service with yogurt and fruit or syrup.
