Ingredients
3/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs
3T oil
1 cup almond flour
1/2 whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1/4 cup syrup
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine and mix yogurt, milk, eggs, and butter.
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add yogurt mixture all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (batter will be thick).
- Heat greased non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
- Cook pancakes two minutes or until bubbles start appearing on surface, then turn and cook other side.
- Service with yogurt and fruit or syrup.
