Ingredients

2 C very fresh, raw, slivered almonds

6 cups filtered water

Preparation

  1. Soak the almonds overnight in a small amount of filtered water.
  2. Drain off the water.
  3. Blend with a small amount of fresh filtered water at high speed until they reach a smooth consistency.
  4. Add water to reach desired taste and thickness.
  5. Strain the milk through a fine strainer.
  6. Add sweetener only if needed.
