Ingredients
1 young zuccini
5 oz baby portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 TBL unsalted butter
3 TBL olive oil
1/4 tsp basil
sprinkle garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Thinly slice zuccini and mushrooms. Heat butter and olive oil in skillet. medium to med. high heat. Add zuccini, mushrooms, and almonds. Sprinkle with seasonings. Stir Fry.
