Ingredients

1/2 lb elbow macaroni

4 tbl butter

2 eggs

6 oz. evaporated milk

1/2 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp salt

pepper

3/4 tsp dry mustard

10 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation

cook pasta to al dente drain return to pot. melt in buter whisk rest of ing. except cheese. stir into pasta then stir in cheddar cheese. cook 3-5 minutes on low heat
