Ingredients
Crust
11/2 cups chocolate crumbs
1 cup ground almonds
1/3 cup sugar
6 Tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake
11/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup amaretto
1 tsp vanilla
Topping
2 cups sour cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Crust Combine all ingredients and press into 9 in springform pan
Cheesecake Soften cream cheese then process (I use flat beater of stand mixer). Add eggs and beat. Add amaretto,cream and vanilla and beat til smooth. Pour into crumb pan and bake at 375 for 30-35 min
Mix topping and pour over cake and bake 5 min more.
