Ingredients
1 cup white flour
1/4 cup salted butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup hazelnuts;
put thru chopper
2 TBSP Bakers sugar
2 TBSP DiSaronno Amaretto
1/3 cup powdered Sugar
Preparation
Mix butter into flour with fork. Add sugar and hazelnuts & knead into dough. Add the Amaretto in a little at a time. Roll out on a lightly floured board, then roll into 1" balls. Bake in a slow oven about 20 minutes. (325 degrees) Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
