Ingredients

60 ml Amarula

60 ml ginger syrup (see recipe below)

2 Tbs white chocolate ganache (see recipe below)

Ice cubes

Preparation

Add the Amarula, ginger syrup and white chocolate ganache to a cocktail shaker, blender or closed container and insert a few ice cubes. Close the container and shake or blend until smooth. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a twist of crystallised ginger.
