Ingredients

1 (10 oz) can refried beans

2 cups lettuce, shredded

1 jar Pace chunky salsa, medium or hot,(your choice)

1 container sour cream

1 (12 oz) pkg taco cheese, shredded

1 jalapeno pepper,chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Spread 1 can refried beans into bottom of 8x11" baking dish. Sprinkle ½ of the taco cheese on top of the refried beans. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add 2 cups of lettuce to the top of melted cheese. Add jalapeño pepper. Add salsa on top. Let cool. Then top with sour cream. Sprinkle the rest of your taco cheese on top of sour cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
