Ingredients
1 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (mix in one at a time)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking power
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup Reese peanut butter chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C. Grease cookie sheets 2.In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until fluffy. 3.Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. 4.Add vanilla. 5.In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add this slowly to the mixture. 7.Add in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. 8.Drop loosely shaped balls of the mixture onto the greased cookie sheets.
- bake for 8- 10 minutes. Allow to cool on sheet for 5 mins. before moving to a wire cooling rack.
- For best, longest-lasting results put into a large zip lock bag.
You can also make this without the peanut butter chips. Be sure to advise people of them if they have an allergy to peanut butter.
