Ingredients

2 lb shredded chees

1 32oz jar salsa (medium reccomended

1.5lb ground beef

12 soft taco size flour tortillas

Preparation

brown ground beef, make sure its crumbled good drain fat remove from stove add 1 cup shredded cheese add 1 cup salsa stir well in a 12X10 glass casserole dish make a thin layer of salsa, just enough to cover the entire dish

take mixture from frying pan and spoon into tortillas, roll each tortilla with mixture place in casserole dish side by side, no need for spacing once the casserole dish is filled cover the rolled tortillas with salsa, dont be chincy, cover the salsa with the remaining cheese, spread evenly. preheat over to 375 cook for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted on top.
