Ingredients

Oil

2 medium potatoes

1 tablespoon soy sauce

broccoli

3 carrots

salt

1 tablespoons rice

Preparation

Vegetables: Chop all vegetables.

Heat large pan with oil and sprinkled salt.

Add chopped potatoes into pan and let cook for 4 minutes with lid on. Flip in between.

Add soy sauce and vegetables.

Flip several times, and stop when slightly browned.

When rice is boiled, add to vegetables. fry for 1 minute, and serve.
