Ingredients

1/2 can no-salt added navy beans, rinsed and drained (1/2 of a 15.5-ounce can= approx 8 ounces)

1/2 medium avocado, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt

2 Tbsp fat-free milk

1 Tbsp lime juice

1 medium garlic clove, quartered

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping the work bowl frequently to make sure all ingredients incorporate fully.
