American Peanut Sauce With Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

3 - 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Dash of Salt and Pepper

2/3 Cup Chicken Stock

1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

1 lb Angel Hair Pasta

Preparation

Follow package directions for pasta. While boiling the pasta combine over low heat all but heavy cream. After sauce is smooth add heavy cream. It doesn’t take long and you don’t want the sauce cooking and sitting long as a “skin” will form on sauce.
