Ingredients
2 eggs, separated
1 3/4 cups milk
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup veg oil
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Beat egg whites until stiff
Beat egg yolks, stir in milk and oil.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir just until large lumps disappear.
Gently fold into batter.
Bake and serve.
