Ingredients

1 box Linguini pasta

1/4 lbs fresh or 1 can clams

4 fresh roma tomatoes

4 Tbsp pine nuts

3 Tbsp capers

1 galic clove

2 sprigs of cilantro

1/2 lime freshly squeezed

1/2 C olive oil

Preparation

prepare pasta per instruction (great with angle hair too) saute tomatoes with clams in olive oil, just til tomatoes begin to soften,except for the limea and cilantro, add all remaining ingredients. Saute for three minutes tops. Place on top of pasta, sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro
