Ingredients

CRUST: 1 cup flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

TOPPING: 2 packages pistachio pudding

3 cups milk

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 large container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Mix crust ingredients in mixer. Spread in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 min until golden brown. Let cool.

Mix the pudding with the 3 cups of milk. Let chill and set 5-10 min. Mix 1/2 the frozen whipped topping (thawed) with cream cheese and confectioner sugar. Spread over the cooled crust. Then layer the pudding mix on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining frozen whipped topping.
