Ingredients
2 big avocados
1/2 garlic clove
1 small onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 little bunch of fresh cilantro
1 green chili
1/2 lime juice
Sea salt
1/2 cup of pomegranate to decorate
Preparation
Peal the avocados, put them in a bowl and squeeze them with a fork (not too much), add the lemon juice (avoids darking avocados).
Squeeze garlic and chop onion, tomatoes, cilantro and chili; add this to the avocados. Add ground salt and mix.
Decorate with the pomegranate arils.
