Ingredients
1 stick (1/2 cup)unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic (peeled)
2 tablespoons Anchovy Paste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with a pinch of salt using a large heavy knife. Mix together butter, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic paste and pepper until well combined. Stir in parsley. Refrigerate. After cooking steak to desired doneness top with a dollop of anchovy butter, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes… Enjoy!
