Ingredients
1 - 8 oz. package vermicelli
1 - 2 oz. can anchovy fillets, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Saute anchovies and garlic in hot oil from 2 minutes.
Cook vermicelli. Drain well. Pour sauce over hot pasta. Stir in breadcrumbs & parsley. Serve.
