Ingredients

3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. vanilla

2/3 cup canola oil

2/3 cup margarine or butter

1-2 cups Hersheys cocoa powder

3/4 cup chocolate chips

2-3 cups Andes mint chips

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients first, then add the vanilla, oil, and butter. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Lastly add the chocolate and mint chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
