Ingredients
1-9" Baked pie shell
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs seperated
1- Large can evaporated milk
2- tbs butter
1- tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
Preparation
In sauce pan mix dry ingredients. Over medium heat add egg yolks, milk, vanilla, and butter. Stir constantly until thick, about 10-15 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until fluffy then add 1 tbs sugar. Top pie.
