Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Buttermilk Soak:
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
Breading:
1 cup flour
1/2 panko breadcrumbs
2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Soak chicken in milk mixture for at least 30 minutes.
After soaking, dip chicken in breading mixture, then pan fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
