Ingredients

2 14 oz cans tomato sauce

1 can stewed tomato (drain most of the juice)

1 can ro-tel (stewed tomatoes and green chili’s)

½ can corn (drained)

1 can dark red kidney beans(drained)

1 can garbanzo beans aka chick peas (drained)

2 1/2 pounds ground beef - cook it rare, then add to the pot

2-3 T chili powder

1 green pepper (chopped)

1 yellow pepper (chopped)

½ med yellow onion (minced)

Salt

Tabasco sauce

1 jalapeño (chopped) - optional

Preparation

Add all to crock pot, cook on high for 2-3hours, then on low for as long as possible. High for about 4 hours works too but it’s not as good. Stir occasionally.
