Ingredients

1 Angel Food Cake

2 tbs Instant Espresso

2 tbs boiling water

1 c Whipping Cream

3/4 c Marscapone Cream

1 lb mixed berries

Preparation

Espresso Marscapone Cream: Using an electic mixure, beat whipped cream until soft peaks form. In a large bowl add expresso and boiling water and stir until mixed. Add marscapone cream. Fold in whipped cream.

Berries: Wash berries, pat dry. Slice as necessary.

Cut slices of angel food cake and place on plates. Divide berries among plates. Top with espresso cream. Serve.
