Ingredients

1/2 pound angel hair pasta

1 white truffle (10 grams)

1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup of grated cheese

1/2 table spoon sea salt

1/2 table spoon of crushed black peppercorns

Preparation

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add the angel hair pasta, cook until al dente.
  3. Drain pasta.
  4. Put the pasta back in the pot.
  5. Add the baby arugula.
  6. Plate the pasta in warmed bowl.
  7. Grate cheese and White truffle.
  8. Add salt and grate black pepper.
