Ingredients
1/2 pound angel hair pasta
1 white truffle (10 grams)
1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of grated cheese
1/2 table spoon sea salt
1/2 table spoon of crushed black peppercorns
Preparation
- Boil water.
- Add the angel hair pasta, cook until al dente.
- Drain pasta.
- Put the pasta back in the pot.
- Add the baby arugula.
- Plate the pasta in warmed bowl.
- Grate cheese and White truffle.
- Add salt and grate black pepper.
