Ingredients
1 spanish onion medium,
3 cloves garlic,
1 yellow pepper,
1 orange pepper,
3 links sweet or hot Italian sausage
Bertolli extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper
pine nuts (optional)
Preparation
Heat fry pan,add 2 tbls spoons Bertolli olive oil,add sliced onion saute on medium high heat until onions fully caramelized,will oinions are cooking char and peel peppers ,julienne and add to onions slice garlic in half and add to onions and peppers,lower heat to simmer and keep mixture warm. In another pan sautee sausage until golden brown,slice cooked sausage into medallions and add to onion mixture. Next boil angel hair pasta until very al dente about 3 minutes or less, drain and add to onion mixture. Toss and serve. Sprinkle with Pine nuts if desired. Deliscioso
