Ingredients

1 lb angel hair pasta

2 tbls fresh lemon juice

4 tbls extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp hot sauce

2 cloves garlic minced.

1 tbls chopped fresh dill plus extra for garnish

2 tbls butter

1/2 lb peeled deveined medium shrimp

1 28 oz can escargot rinsed

1/4 cup diced pimento

salt pepper to taste

Preparation

cook pasta according to package directions drain reserve. for sauce in sm bowl mix next 5 ingredients reserve. melt butter in medium frying pan over medium heat add shrimp and escargot cook stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink about 5 min. add shrimp and escargot to sauce toss to coat serve over pasta garnish with fresh dill sprigs
