Ingredients

2 Tbl Olive Oil (Divided).

2 Skinless, bonedless chichen breast halves. Cut into 1-inch cubes.

1 Carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4 pieces.

1 (10 oz.) Package frozen broccoli florets, thawed.

2 Garlic cloves, minced. 12 oz angel hair pasta.

32 oz Chicken Broth.

1 tsp basil.

1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese.

Preparation

  1. Heat 1Tbl of oil in medium skillet over medium hight; add chichen, cook , stirring until light brown 2)Cook pasta according to package. In medium size pot cook carrots, broccoli, garli, and broth. About 6 mins.
  2. Now add chichen to broth mix, along with basil. Cook all together for about 4 mins or until all heated. Sprinkle cheese on top and sever.
