Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls

dried apricots

1/4 cup bourbon

2 large onions, sliced very thinly

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup blue cheese

(walnuts, too?)

Preparation

Oil pan. Spread rolls out to make a crust. Use food processor to grind apricots with bourbon. Spread on crust. Saute onions in butter. When just lightly browned, add sugar, cook until sugar begins to brown. Spread over apricot mixture. Top with crumbled blue cheese and bake 350 for 15 minutes.
