Ingredients
Sweet and Spicy Pecans (Trader Joes)
1 bag of Butter lettuce
Fennel bulb part
3 TbspLemon juice
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp sugar
1 crisp type of Pear
3-4 Tbs crumbled goat cheese
Preparation
One bag of butter lettuce Slice fennel thinly– about 1/2 cup Slice pear Add pecans and goat cheese
Mix dressing and toss with salad. Serve immediately
