Ingredients

Key Lime Filling:

4 Egg Yolks- Separate

1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 oz. Key Lime Juice

Graham Cracker Crust:

1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup sugar

6 tbs. melted butter

Preparation

Graham Cracker Crust: Mix crumbs and sugar together. Add melted butter and mix together to get a “crust” consistency. Form with hands along pie pan (sides and bottom) Chill crust before filling!

Key Lime Filling: Blend egg yolks and milk with wooden spoon. Slowly blend in juice and mix together. Spread in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
