Ingredients

1-2 lbs. Stew Meat

2 Carrots, sliced

2-3 medium sized Potatoes, peeled and cubed into bite size pieces

1 can Tomato Soup

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 package dry Onion Soup mix

Preparation

Brown outside of stew meat on stove top. Place meat in bottom of oven proof bowl/pot. Add carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Add cans of soup with 2 cans of water. Add more water as needed to just cover ingredients. Cover with foil.

Bake for 2-3 hours.
