Romaine Lettuce

Grape Tomatos

Parma Cheese

Rustic Bread Cubes

Dressing:

Oil

Lemon

Vinegar Red WIne

Parma Cheese

Salt Pepper

Preparation

Wash lettuce and break into bite size pieces

Cut grape tomatoes in half 1/2 pint

Rustic bread, brush with olive oil and sprinkle parma cheese and bake at 375 until golden. After it’s chilled cut into cubes Dressing:

Using a blender add:

salt and pepper 1/2 cup parma cheese 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice two tablespoons red wine vinegar and slowly add the Olive oil until the dressing is thick and smooth.

Pour over salad to taste and mix in the tomatoes.

add adiitional parma cheese and the bread cubes and toss. chill and serve
