2 cans pimento olives, drained

2 cans black pitted olives, drained

small jar of peperocini

1/2 lb Hard salami cubed

1/2 Provolone cheese, cubed

1/2 c red wine vinegar (do 1st)

1 c olive oil (do 2nd)

6 garlic cloves, crushed

  1. Drain and cut peppers
