Ingredients
1/4lb Genoa Salami
1/4lb Pepperoni (Slice it yourself or get pre-sliced)
1/4lb Domestic Ham
1/4lb Swiss Cheese
1/4lb American Cheese
1/4lb Provolone Cheese
2 Cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 12 oz Jar of Roasted Red Peppers (Drained)
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with Pam Spray
- Cover bottom of pan with 1 can of crescent tools. Smooth with hand to cover whole pan.
- I layers place the following ingredients - Salami, American Cheese, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Pepperoni, Provolone Cheese.
- Beat 2 eggs and mix in the spices.
- Pour the mixture over the layers in pan.
- Drain Roasted Peppers and cover the layers with peppers.
- Put 2nd can of crescent roles on top so that everything is covered.
- Brush with egg yolk from 3rd egg.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cover with foil and bake another 30 minutes.
Once done refrigerate over night and serve the next day at room temperature.
