Ingredients
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 & 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly groung black pepper
6 cups torn Bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
2 TBSP crumbled bleu cheese
2 TBSP chopped green onion
1 TBSP chopped toasted walnuts
salt and pepper, to taste, if needed
Preparation
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk well. Add lettuce and remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat.
