Ingredients

1 Large Ambrosia Apple

1 Red Apple

1 Green Pear

1 Red Pear

1 Large Naval Orange

1/2 Cup Craisins

1 TBSP Raw Sugar (Turbinado)

2 TBSP Raspberry Vinegar or Red Vinegar

2 TBSP extra virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Cup toasted chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Zest the Orange and add to a small bowl with the sugar, 2 TBSP of squeezed Orange Juice, Vinegar, craisins, and then Olive Oil.

In serving bowl, add diced Apples and Pears. Drizzle the dressing and stir into the fruit. Refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving, add and mix in the walnuts.
