Ingredients

75 gm raisins

6 sour apples

6 Tbs brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice

75 ml white wine

150 gm walnuts roughly chopped

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

150 gm cold butter

260 gm flour

150 gm sugar

butter for dish

Preparation

Rinse raisins in hot water. Peel and thinly slice apples Mix appleas and raisins with brown sugar lemon juice, white wine half the walnuts, cinnamon. Place in buttered baking dish. For the crumble, dice butter and run together with flour and sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples and scatter remaining walnuts over. Bake at 200 degress Centograde for 30 minutes
