Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 1/2 to 2 cups frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp. honey or sugar - Optional

1 cup ice

If to thick add 1/3 to 1/2 cup water.

Preparation

Pour applesauce in blender, add blueberries, sweetener (if you decided to use any), and ice.

Blend til smooth.

Pour smoothie in a cup and enjoy :)

Note: You can sprinkle a few raw nuts on top, I use walnuts. Course you’ll have to eat them out with a spoon.
