Ingredients
BATTER
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs, creamed together with sugar
1 t baking soda
2 T sour cream
2 c flour
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 c apples, chopped
TOPPING
2 T sugar
2 T melted butter
1 t cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except apples.
Fold apples into batter.
Put into greased and floured or non-stick loaf pan.
Gently spread toppings over batter.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
