Ingredients

10 apples, pared and sliced

1/2 cup quick oats

1/2 cup wheat germ

3/4 cup apple juice

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raisins

4 tablespoons butter, melted

3/4 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Combine fruit, 1/2 cup honey, brown sugar, flour & cinnamon. Turn into 11x7.5x1.5 pan. Combine remaining ingredients except apple juice. Spread over apples. Pour apple juice over top. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350.
