Ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups diced raw apples

3 eggs

1 cup walnut

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

blend oil, sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Add flour, fold in floured apples and nuts, bake in 9 by 13 pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325 degrees
